Besides digitization, the thing that will most positively impact libraries is going to be open access. Making information available is going to improve library budgets dramatically, and also make research far more accessible than it has ever been. I’ve stumbled across a couple useful pages on open access and selected readings from libraries, but I’d love to hear of similar items at other universities.
